Teaching activities are conducted in the field of meat, milk, poultry and egg technology, as well as quality management in the following fields of study: food technology and human nutrition, biotechnology, human nutrition and dietetics,[1] human nutrition, quality management and food analysis, and technology and organisation of gastronomy. We also conduct classes with students of the Faculty of Biology and Animal Science, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, as well as extramural studies at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences.
