The employees of the Department of Human Nutrition teach classes at the 1st and 2nd cycle of studies in the following fields: Food Technology and Human Nutrition, Biotechnology and Human Nutrition at the Faculty of Food Sciences, Environmental Protection at the Faculty of Life Sciences and Technology, Food Safety at the Faculty of Biology and Animal Science, Dietetics at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Medical University in Wrocław. The staff of the Department of Human Nutrition also teach postgraduate studies: Human Nutrition in Health Prevention and Psychodietetics.
