 The graduate of Food Technology 2nd cycle has an extended knowledge and abilities in: innovative methods of food production, analysis of food raw materials and end products, food quality and safety management systems, application of biotechnological processes in food production, development of functional foods, innovative food packaging materials and techniques 

The graduate is prepared for designing and conducting research experiments with the application of modern analytical techniques, technologies and mathematical tools. One is able to interpret the collected results.

The graduate of the „B-Innova – Master in Food Technology „is prepared to take up a job on a various positions in food industry sector, catering and gastronomy companies, sanitary, epidemiological or research laboratories. One is also qualified to start a PhD at a doctoral school or at postgraduate studies.
